Send the box as you received it. We will reimburse the price of the painting once we have received it.

From the amount of the refund we will deduct the shipping cost.

Return or exchange period up to 15 days after the shipping date stamped by the parcel company.

The shipping cost is included in the retail price of each painting for shipments within the Spanish mainland and to the Balearic Islands. Therefore, the Canary Islands (Gran Canaria and Tenerife), Ceuta and Melilla are excluded.

If a product return is requested, we will deduct the initial shipping price from the refund.

ORDERS OUTSIDE SPAIN

For orders outside national territory (Spain) it is necessary to contact by email to info@delrioart.com before making the purchase.

We do not ensure that the shipment can be carried out satisfactorily outside of Spain and therefore special conditions will govern your shipment. These special conditions will be sent by email before purchase, and the payment of the painting implies acceptance of these conditions.
